Titanium Seamless Pipes are manufactured from high-purity titanium alloys: Grades 2, 5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V), and occasionally Grades 7 or 12. Tensile strength ranges from 340 MPa (Grade 2) to 950 MPa (Grade 5), with yield strength from 275–830 MPa. Elongation is generally in the range of 15–25%. The pipes have low density (~4.5 g/cm³) and a strong oxide layer for excellent corrosion resistance. Seamless processing guarantees uniform grain structure and elimination of weld-induced defects. Pipes are stress–relieved and heat–treated for exceptional toughness, dimension stability, and fatigue and pressure cycling resistance.
