Our Seamless Tubing made of titanium is mainly derived from commercially pure titanium (Grades 1–4) and alloyed composites (Grade 5 – Ti‑6Al‑4V), combining durability and corrosion resistance. Tensile strengths of 240 MPa (pure grades) to 950 MPa (alloys) with yield strength of up to 830 MPa are achieved. Elongation is usually between 10–30%. The oxide layer provides superior corrosion resistance in seawater and chemical environments. Heat-treatment and annealing enhance toughness and ductility without losing dimensional stability. Our production techniques guarantee uniform wall thickness, smooth finishes, and roundness, which are imperative for high-performance tubes.
