Grade 11 Titanium Pipes have ~0.11% palladium added to improve corrosion resistance in addition to base titanium. Mechanical properties are similar to Grade 2: tensile strength of about 550 MPa, yield ~480 MPa, elongation ~20–25 %, density ~4.51 g/cm³. The addition of palladium enhances stress-corrosion resistance in crevice and reducing environments. The pipes remain highly weldable and fatigue-strengthened, with natural passivation preserved after processing.
