Titanium Grade 1 is a commercially pure titanium alloy with a titanium content of 99.5% minimum. It contains trace amounts of iron, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. This grade has excellent ductility and corrosion resistance, especially in chloride and marine environments. It features a tensile strength of approximately 240–370 MPa, yield strength around 170 MPa, and elongation of up to 24–30%. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³, it also maintains stability at high temperatures, making it ideal for applications requiring superior corrosion resistance and ease of fabrication.
