Compliant to ASTM B861/B862 standards, our coil tubing is characterized by tight tolerances, clean interiors, and polished finishes. Made through cold-drawing and laser welding, every coil goes through exhaustive hydrostatic testing, dimension checks, and surface treatment. Shipped in standard or special lengths and pack arrangements, our coil tubing is suitable for instrumentation, hydraulic, subsea, and gas sampling applications, backed by Houston-based logistics and technical support.
Coil Tubing is constructed of pure or alloyed titanium (Grade 1–5) with tensile strengths of 240–950 MPa and yield strengths of 170–830 MPa. Elongation is 10–30%. Density is ~4.5 g/cm³, achieving low mass and high strength. Its polished bore reduces particle entrapment and pressure loss. Corrosion resistance is excellent due to the titanium oxide layer. Coil configuration provides flexibility while sustaining mechanical properties. Straight-length martensitic laser-welded joints are tested and optimized to maintain performance.
