Liam Pipes & Tubes provides high-performance Stainless Steel 310H EFW Pipes, which are suitable for high-stress and high-temperature uses, from our Houston, USA facility. SS 310H is a high-carbon variant of SS 310, which has higher creep resistance and strength when exposed to high temperatures. Made by electric fusion welding, our 310H pipes comply with ASTM A358 standards and are best used in power generation plants, petrochemical furnaces, and incineration equipment. These pipes have excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation. We offer them in sizes and finishes of choice, designed for long life performance in thermally aggressive conditions.
SS 310H has 24–26% Cr, 19–22% Ni, and 0.04–0.10% C, which improves high-temperature creep strength. It offers tensile strength of ~515 MPa, yield strength of ~205 MPa, and ~40% elongation. These pipes retain structural integrity at service temperatures up to 1100°C. EFW process guarantees accurate welds and robust longitudinal seams, which suit very large-diameter applications. 310H resists scaling, oxidation, and carburizing atmospheres, ensuring it is trustworthy for high-stress heat service. It maintains metallurgical stability under long-term thermal cycling and pressure variation, accommodating extreme operating conditions.

310H EFW Pipes are utilized in power, chemical, and oil & gas industries for boilers, radiant heat transfer and thermal fluid systems, and equipment. They are suitable for reformer tubes and incinerator parts, as well as superheaters. They are applied to high-temperature process exhausts and flue gas in refining operations. Their oxidation resistance and creep qualify them as suitable in furnace manifolds, hot gas ducts, and heat exchangers. 310H is also employed in waste heat recovery systems and high-thermal efficiency power plants. Its toughness to withstand high pressure as well as corrosiveness in oxidizing or sulfur-containing atmospheres assures safe, long-term operation in thermal-intensive applications.
