310H Heat Exchanger Tubing consists of 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and ~0.10% carbon to enhance high-temperature strength. It has a tensile strength of ~515 MPa, yield strength of ~205 MPa, and elongation of ~40%. The alloy resists oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue at sustained temperatures up to 1100°C. Its stable austenitic structure ensures reliable performance under pressure and thermal stress. Seamless tubes are preferred for their uniformity and pressure resistance, delivering consistent heat transfer performance and long-term reliability in systems exposed to changing temperatures and chemical exposure.
