Houston, USA-based Liam Pipes & Tubes produces and provides high-quality Nickel Alloy Welded Pipes for high-performance industrial processes. The pipes are produced by welding nickel alloy strips or plates to provide high corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and durability for a long period of time. Round and available in Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Monel 400, and Hastelloy C276 grades, the welded pipes meet the specifications of ASTM B517, B619, as well as other international standards. Equipped to work in aggressive conditions, these pipes are commonly utilized in chemical process environments, marine systems, heat exchangers, and power plants. Each pipe is weld integrity tested and measured accurately to ensure repeat performance and quality.
Nickel Alloy Welded Pipes have 60–72% nickel content, with varying amounts of chromium (up to 23%), molybdenum, copper, and iron based on grade. Tensile strength varies between 500–950 MPa, yield strength 200–400 MPa, and elongation 30–40%. The alloys are highly resistant to oxidation, acids, alkalis, and seawater. Non-destructive examination by X-ray or ultrasonic testing is carried out on the welded pipes for weld reliability. Their mechanical and corrosion-resisting properties are not affected even when the temperatures are higher, so they are perfect for pressure-resistant applications and lengthy service life.
