Super Duplex Steel Coil Tubing is made up of 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.6% molybdenum, 0.3% nitrogen, along with small amounts of copper and tungsten, featuring a balanced dual-phase (austenitic-ferritic) structure. This unique composition provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. The tubing boasts impressive mechanical strength, with tensile strength ranging from 750–930 MPa, yield strength around 550 MPa, and elongation of 25–35%. Its outstanding weldability, fatigue strength, and resistance to localized corrosion make it ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature continuous operations in critical service conditions.
