Hastelloy Welded Pipes are produced using high-performance nickel-molybdenum alloy that contains 50 70 nickel, 15 30 molybdenum, lesser quantities of chromium, iron and tungsten. The combination is of exceptional corrosion-resistance, especially in hostile conditions, say in acid environments or under high temperature. The pipes have great mechanical properties, which are strong tensile strength, fatigue strength, and weldability. They have the benefits of excellent pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance and can be used when high corrosion resistance is needed in harsh chemical service or high temperature.
