Our seamless aluminium tubing is made of high-strength alloys like 6061 and 5083, containing magnesium (0.8–4.5%), silicon (0.4–0.8%), and minor amounts of copper and manganese for increasing corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. These tubes provide tensile strength of 250–450 MPa, yield strength of 150–350 MPa, and elongation of approximately 10–20%, based on temper. The benefits of these tubes are good weldability, fatigue strength, and formability. Without seam lines, they provide consistent pressure handling and are flexible for bending, machinability, and anodizing, which makes them ideal for precision-demanding and stress–critical applications.
