Super Duplex Steel Tube S32750 is a high-strength corrosion-resistant alloy having about 25% Chromium, 4% Molybdenum, 7% Nickel, with Nitrogen and Tungsten additions. This well-balanced dual-phase (austenitic-ferritic) microstructure provides very good mechanical properties: tensile strength of 800–1000 MPa, yield strength of about 550 MPa, and very good impact toughness even in sub-zero conditions. Having excellent pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, S32750 provides superior strength and long-term durability in harsh chemical, marine, and offshore environments where other stainless steels can fail.
